Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 7, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Delphara collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information when you visit the Delphara website, start a free scan, submit a contact or partner referral form, or use Google sign-in to access Delphara services.
Scope
This policy applies to the Delphara marketing site, related contact and intake forms, and connected account-access flows offered by Delphara. It does not cover third-party sites or services that Delphara does not control, even if they are linked from this website.
In most cases, Delphara acts as the controller of the personal information described in this policy because Delphara decides why and how that information is used for its own marketing, sales, onboarding, account, and service operations.
Information Delphara collects
Delphara may collect the following categories of information:
- Contact details you submit directly, such as your name, email address, company name, and website URL.
- Business context you choose to share, such as company size, referral partner information, and notes about what you want reviewed.
- Partner referral details, including partner contact information and referred customer contact information.
- Account and sign-in information if you use Google OAuth, which may include your name, email address, Google account identifier, profile image, and any other profile data Google makes available to Delphara with your permission.
- Technical information generated when you use the site, such as IP address, browser type, device information, approximate location derived from IP, referring page, and basic request or server log data.
Delphara collects this information directly from you, automatically from your device or browser when you use the site, and from third parties that support sign-in, hosting, email, fraud prevention, and core infrastructure.
How Delphara uses information
Delphara uses personal information to:
- operate the self-serve free scan flow, contact forms, and partner referrals;
- operate, secure, and improve the website and related services;
- create, authenticate, and support user accounts;
- enable Google sign-in and connect a Google-authenticated user to the right Delphara account or workspace;
- communicate about requested services, onboarding, support, and product updates;
- maintain internal records, prevent misuse, and investigate security issues;
- comply with legal obligations and enforce Delphara's terms.
Delphara may also use information in aggregated or de-identified form to understand demand, improve positioning, refine service operations, and assess how people interact with Delphara's offers, provided that the resulting information no longer reasonably identifies you.
Legal bases for processing
Where data protection law requires Delphara to identify a legal basis for processing, Delphara generally relies on one or more of the following:
- performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, such as operating a free scan or onboarding request;
- Delphara's legitimate interests in operating, securing, improving, and growing the business, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights and interests;
- your consent, where Delphara specifically asks for it;
- compliance with legal obligations.
Google sign-in
If you choose to sign in with Google, Delphara will use the information returned by Google to authenticate you, create or link your account, and support account recovery and account security. Delphara does not use Google profile information for unrelated advertising purposes.
Your use of Google sign-in is also subject to Google's own terms and privacy policies. Delphara only receives the information that you authorize Google to share.
If Delphara uses information received from Google APIs, Delphara will use and transfer that information only in accordance with applicable Google API Services requirements, including the Google API Services User Data Policy where it applies.
How information is shared
Delphara does not sell personal information. Delphara may share information with:
- service providers that host the site or support core infrastructure;
- Brevo, which Delphara uses for lead capture, contact storage, and related email notifications;
- Google, when required to support Google sign-in and account authentication;
- professional advisers, regulators, or law enforcement where required by law or where reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.
Delphara may also disclose information in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, insolvency event, or other corporate transaction where disclosure is reasonably necessary to complete or evaluate that transaction.
Cookies and similar technologies
Delphara may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for website operation, account sign-in, security, and session management. If Delphara later adds analytics, preference, or marketing cookies, this policy will be updated to describe those uses.
Your browser may allow you to block or delete cookies. Some website or sign-in features may not function properly if essential cookies or storage technologies are disabled.
Communications
If you contact Delphara or submit a request through the website, Delphara may send service, onboarding, sales, referral, or account-related communications connected to that request or your scan activity. These messages are operational communications, not a promise that you will receive a paid service.
Where Delphara sends optional marketing communications, you may opt out using the unsubscribe mechanism in the message or by contacting Delphara directly.
Data retention
Delphara retains personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to requests, managing customer or partner relationships, maintaining account access, resolving disputes, and complying with legal obligations.
Retention periods may vary based on the type of information, the sensitivity of the information, whether a customer or partner relationship exists, the need to preserve business records, and whether Delphara must retain records for legal, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Data security
Delphara uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so Delphara cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your own devices, email accounts, and credentials. If you believe your Delphara account or sign-in method has been compromised, you should contact Delphara promptly.
International processing
Delphara and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you are located. Where required, Delphara will rely on appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. You may also request that Delphara disconnect a Google sign-in method from your account where technically and legally feasible.
To make a request, contact Delphara using the contact pathways provided on this website. Delphara may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
If you want to submit a privacy-specific request through a Delphara form, include "Privacy Request" in your message so the request can be routed appropriately.
Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" preference. Because there is no universally accepted standard for how to respond to those signals, Delphara does not currently respond differently to them.
Automated decision-making
Delphara does not use solely automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects about individuals through this website alone.
Children's privacy
Delphara's website and services are not directed to children under 13, and Delphara does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
Delphara may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Contact
Privacy questions, requests, or complaints can be submitted to Delphara through the contact options made available on this website, including by replying to Delphara communications or by submitting a website form and clearly marking the message as a privacy request.
